Before your appointment, complete your registration via a convenient link, allowing you to enjoy a refreshing cup of tea or coffee in our reception area. Your journey continues as our podiatrist invites you to a private and modern treatment room.
Whether you’re here for a regular Chiropody Treatment or a detailed 3D Gait Analysis, we believe in transparency. You’ll receive a clear explanation of what’s causing your symptoms, followed by a discussion of evidence-based treatment options. We value your input and provide you with choices on how you’d like to proceed with your treatment.
Being Prepared for Your Appointment:
To ensure your podiatrist has all the information needed, please bring anything that may assist in your diagnosis and assessment. This could include lists of any medications, your regularly used footwear, test results, or imaging reports. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing. If you are attending for a gait analysis please check you booking conformation for detailed instructions.
A few days before your appointment, expect a friendly reminder via text message and email. Feel free to reach out if you haven’t received one or have any questions regarding your first visit.

- Cancellation Policy: We ask you to provide 48 hours notice for appointment changes to allow us to offer your slot to others as we often have a waiting list. Late notice may incur an appointment fee.
